We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities of Our Store Manager:

As our Store Manager, your duties will include:

1. Taking accountability for the sales and trading performance of your locations, using our trade reporting tools to optimise trading space.
2. Acting as a brand ambassador for our Tesco partners, building strong relationships with Tesco management and inspiring your team to deliver The Entertainer experience.
3. Developing your team to provide exceptional customer service supported by excellent product knowledge.
4. Implementing and executing promotional changes and maintaining high merchandising standards on the shop floor.
5. Coaching your team to achieve fantastic sales results.
6. Building external relationships to promote your store and drive sales growth.

1. Tech-savvy and confident with new technology.
2. Resilient and adaptable, capable of planning and delivering operational activities under pressure.

4. Ideally, you will currently be working as an experienced Assistant or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your career.
