What We Are Looking For...
  1. Drive sales & maximise profit: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase your store's contribution. From ensuring you implement the company layout to a high standard to analysing reports, you will be accountable for your branch's success. Conduct daily floor walks & delegate effectively, stay on top of competitor activity, and communicate trade feedback at all levels.
  2. Connect with our customers: Ensure every customer receives a world-class shopping experience! Lead by example, motivate your team to deliver genuine service, and encourage upselling across all store areas.
  3. Recruit & retain the best talent: Be passionate about your team’s development. Recruit the best team members, invest in training & coaching, drive succession planning, and manage team performance.
  4. Control costs & manage loss prevention: Drive team productivity by managing payroll effectively. Protect profit by deterring theft through excellent service. Ensure operational soundness with effective stock management controls.
  5. Have a proven track record in managing store KPI’s including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
  6. Be a great communicator across all levels.
  7. Have great leadership skills.
  8. Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
  9. Have previous experience at Store Manager level or be an experienced Deputy Manager seeking your next step.
