Job Description:

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: Arc’teryx is opening a new Outlet Store in Bicester Village. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will work alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading Product Guides (Sales Associates) and enhancing the guest experience. You will be involved in all store areas, including experience, product, community, operations, and people, and will seek ways to evolve our practices. You are passionate about outdoor activities and product performance, and committed to bold objectives personally and professionally. You will coach staff on guest experience, motivate the team, and support store operations, recognizing our collective role in creating a better world.

As an Arc’teryx Store Lead, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading in alignment with Arc’teryx's Vision, Purpose, and Values
  • Supporting the in-store experience during your shift, maintaining awareness on the sales floor
  • Supporting Product Guides in delivering excellent guest service and coaching for development
  • Leading from the floor five days a week to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • Overseeing store pillars: experience, product, community, operations, and people
  • Building community through sharing brand information and events
  • Managing inventory and visual merchandising to maximize sales
  • Using store tools to oversee sales targets, labor, and budgets
  • Networking with partners to support events and brand engagement
  • Managing opening and closing procedures
  • Handling store communications, including social media responses
  • Processing transactions accurately using the POS system
