Job summary

Toolstation, part of the Travis Perkins Group, invites applicants who can commute locally to join a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be the friendly face helping customers, while handling deliveries, stock, and store duties. Prior supervision experience is a plus as you may open/close the store and guide team tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer service and maintaining store standards.
• Experience or willingness to act as a key holder and supervise team members.
• Reliability and flexibility to work early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and assign daily tasks to the team.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, and stock shelves; keep the store clean.
• Provide outstanding customer service during busy periods and explain product benefits.
• Encourage sign-ups to Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts where appropriate.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
