Job summary

Toolstation Ltd is seeking candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. You’ll be the friendly face helping customers, while also handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and shelf replenishment. No retail experience is required—we’ll train you and support your growth within the Travis Perkins Group.

Expect busy periods, a culture focused on great customer service, and opportunities to move up into other roles across the business with training via the Toolstation Academy.

• Commitment to delivering excellent service to customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early starts and late finishes.
• Interest in growing with the company and progressing into roles across the business.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find items and provide great service.
• Carry out deliveries, assist in warehouse tasks and stock shelves.
• Prepare orders and maintain store cleanliness during shifts.
• Encourage sign-ups to Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts when appropriate.
