Qualifications

• Over a year of experience in a similar role in ready-to-wear fashion.
• Passionate about fashion with knowledge of trends.
• Able to be responsive, dynamic, versatile, results-oriented and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets.
• Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM).
• Implement visual merchandising and organize the store front and back to Sessùn standards under the shop manager.
