What you'll do
  1. Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  2. Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
  3. Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
  4. Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  5. Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
  6. Provide excellent customer service every time
What you'll need
  • Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
  • Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
  • A proactive, encouraging approach to help colleagues develop and improve store operations
