Job summary

Tesco is seeking a F&F Retail Fashion Manager to lead the clothing department in-store. You will drive the F&F fashion business, launch trade events, oversee weekly sales, and manage a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.

You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team, ensuring stock availability, brand standards, and visual merchandising align with the F&F guidelines, while building strong relationships with store leadership and the local community.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills
• Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service
• Lead your team in driving trade activity and use your expertise to grow sales and maximise profit
• The safety of your colleagues is your top priority, and you ensure your store is always trading legally by coaching the team to use all security tools available to provide a safer place to work
• Manage colleagues' schedules on F&F clothing department ensuring the right people are in the right place according to our F&F operating model and trade plan, within agreed hours
• Oversee the end-to-end F&F clothing operation, managing stock from back door to shop floor
