Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Barton-upon-Humber is seeking a reliable Store Facilities Operative to manage inventory of uniforms, PPE and consumables for employees and manufacturing teams, ensuring supplies are available and stored securely.

You will work Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including stock control, counts, reporting usage, and collaboration with other departments to fulfil requests.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, for inventory tracking and communication.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and inventory reporting.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment preferred.
• Physical ability to handle stock, including lifting and moving items as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue uniforms, PPE, and other consumables to employees and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor stock levels, reordering supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage area.
• Record and report on inventory usage, keeping accurate records for tracking and replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock counts to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Assist in the identification and removal of outdated or damaged stock items.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to fulfill stock requests and support operational needs.

About The Role

Location: Barton-upon-Humber

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours per week), 06:00-14:30.

Salary: £13.65 per hour

We are looking for areliable Store Facilities Operative to join our team to work at our Head Office site in Barton-upon-Humber . The successfulcandidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of uniforms, PPE, and consumables, ensuring that employees and manufacturing teams have the necessary supplies to work safely and efficiently.

The candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30.

Main responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and issue uniforms, PPE, and other consumables to employees and manufacturing teams.
