Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive the end‑to‑end shopping experience, oversee checkout and front‑of‑house activities, and ensure seamless daily operations across the store.

Successful candidates will have a proven background in high‑volume retail, strong people leadership, and a focus on KPI performance, with commitment to inclusivity and colleague development.

Formación

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach others to raise performance.
• Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment with high standards.
• Strong track record in achieving KPIs across sales, stock and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall customer experience from checkout to back of house.
• Lead front-end checkout operations to meet customer expectations.
• Manage petrol station operations where applicable.
• Coach and manage performance, conduct disciplinaries and ensure scheduling/pay accuracy.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for running the store and guiding colleagues.
