What you'll do
  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
  • Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
  • Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service every time
