The project!
As a Store Development Operations Coordinator, you will be streamlining our visual merchandising operations. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of window displays, store projects, and campaigns across regions. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver on brand standards and drive operational efficiency.
What will the role entail?
● To work across Store design VM and Windows team with all administrative tasks
● Create the opening packs for all projects coordinating the completion
● To procure and coordinate the Hackett supply & propping items for each project
● Purchase order and invoice coordination
● Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders per project
● Issue Store development new project schedule to the business ensuring the team keep up to date
● Coordinate shipping paperwork for international deliveries
Requirements
Location requirements:
The role is UK-based due to the necessity of close collaboration with the creative team and increased client-facing responsibilities. Regular travel to EU regions will be required for supplier meetings, store visits, and project setups.
