Job Description:

Role Purpose: Support the Senior Project Manager in managing new store openings across Europe. This role is based in London with an immediate start for a 12-month FTC.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage creative solutions for retail stores, offices, temporary stores, and collaborations.
• Coordinate site surveys, monitor budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Lead project teams, liaise with external consultants, and oversee construction quality.
• Procure fixtures, manage store maintenance, and small-scale projects.
• Report on project progress, costs, and timelines; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop relationships with contractors and oversee site visits and defect rectifications.

Travel: Frequent travel across Europe, UAE, and Russia is expected.

Qualifications & Skills: Autonomous, proactive, efficient, with capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
