Job summary

NEXT plc in Ipswich is recruiting a Delivery Team Member to ensure stock is accurately processed and available on the sales floor for customers. You'll be part of a fast-paced store team and use great communication to help shoppers.

The role involves scanning, unpacking, hanging and shelving stock, keeping stockrooms tidy, and delivering fast, friendly service on the shop floor. Flexible working options are available and you'll be supported to develop your skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Stock handling experience and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process stock quickly (scanning, unpacking, hanging, cubing, stocking).
• Ensure stock is presented well and correctly shelved or stored.
• Maintain clean, tidy and organised store and stock areas.
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers on the sales floor or back of house.
• Work as part of the store team and report to Coordinators or Managers.
