Job summary

B&Q Ashford is seeking a Store Delivery Driver on a permanent full-time basis (36.75 hours per week). The role involves delivering to customers' homes using a 3.5-ton van, with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 8.00pm, at the Ashford store.

The job requires a manual UK driving licence, held for at least a year with up to 6 points. Training and all necessary kit are provided. A rota including weekends and bank holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• A valid UK manual driving licence (category B/B1) held for at least 1 year with no more than 6 points.
• Experience as a multi-drop delivery driver is useful but not essential.
• Good communication skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers' homes using the 3.5-ton van.
• Fulfil customer orders on the shop floor and support colleagues as needed.
• Maintain safety and present the B&Q brand while delivering on time and in good condition.
