Job summary

B&Q Norwich Boundary Road is hiring a Store Delivery Driver. This full-time role (36.75 hours per week) involves delivering goods in a 3.5 tonne van, supporting on the shopfloor, and providing excellent customer service. You must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays, with safety and efficiency at the core of every shift.

You’ll be issued the van, training, and all necessary kit. A manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1) held for at least a year with no more than 6 points is

• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Organised, analytical thinker; able to stay calm under pressure.
• Must hold a manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1) for at least 1 year with <=6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods in our 3.5 ton vans and handle heavy lifting when needed.
• Operate on a rota including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Assist on shopfloor with order fulfilment and customer service.
