Job Title: Cover Manager

Location: Store in Cowley, covering Cowley, Slough, Newbury, Reading, Woking, and Camberley.

Position: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £30,500 per annum

Purpose

We are seeking a Cover Manager to join Deichmann. This role involves providing managerial cover across a cluster of stores, supporting our fast-track managerial development program.

What is a Cover Manager?

• Our Cover Managers are high-potential managerial talents, gaining comprehensive understanding of store operations.
• After training, they provide managerial cover across multiple stores within a defined geographical area.
• Successful candidates are positioned for promotion to Store Manager.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or a related sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach teams to deliver excellent customer service.
