Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers opportunities for career development and growth within the JD Group.

Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices and promoting the full product range.
3. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and keep the shop floor clean, stocked, and organized.
4. Support store operations, assist in various departments, and adhere to safety guidelines.
5. Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are appealing and well-organized.
8. Address customer queries professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Objectives and KPIs

1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
2. Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and upselling targets.
3. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
4. Ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
