Your role

Will be at the heart of our pet care centres, ensuring our customers have a great experience that sets us apart and drives customer loyalty for our brands. Our Store Colleagues are critical to our success. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations daily, maintaining high standards of pet care, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

• People passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible individuals who can work a shift pattern across 7 days a week, with a minimum of 16 hours, often more during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Experience in target-driven environments is a plus, but not essential.
• Ready to undertake 6 months of industry-leading training covering pet care, customer service, and health and safety.
