Your role

will be at the heart of our pet care centres, and you will ensure our customers have a great experience that sets us apart and drives customer loyalty for our great brands. Store Colleagues are critical to our success. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations daily, ensuring high standards of pet care, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

• People passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week in a busy retail environment. The minimum contract is 16 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable, but not essential.
• Willing to undertake 6 months of industry-leading training covering pet handling, customer service, and health and safety.
