Your role

will be at the heart of our pet care centres, ensuring our customers have a great experience that sets us apart and drives customer loyalty for our brands. Our Store Colleagues are critical to our success, responsible for exceeding customer expectations daily, ensuring high standards of pet care, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?
  • People passionate about delivering great service.
  • Flexible individuals able to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week, with a minimum of 16 hours, often more during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to undertake 6 months of industry-leading training covering pet handling, customer service, and health and safety.
