Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Loughborough is looking for a Store Colleague (Part-Time) to join our team on the shop floor. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock and process transactions while upholding our high standards of service and presentation.

You'll work with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, learn new skills, follow procedures, and support daily store operations. This part-time role suits someone who enjoys helping customers and wants a solid start in retail

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
