Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver outstanding everyday experiences for customers. You’ll greet shoppers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and maintain high service and presentation standards on the shop floor.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll learn new skills, work with a supportive team, and play a key part in helping customers feel valued while supporting smooth store operations and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
