Role overview:

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they receive the best experience, and understanding the customer service measurement programme.
• Driving and exceeding sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing opportunities for add-on sales.
• Maintaining high visual and merchandising standards by ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.
• Supporting overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Processing sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
• Upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintaining stock levels on the shop floor and ensuring shelves are well-organized and appealing.
• Addressing and resolving customer queries professionally.
• Working closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.

Role objectives and KPIs include:

• Contributing to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
• Driving all additional KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Achieving upselling or cross-selling targets.
• Maintaining a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensuring all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
