Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. JD Group offers significant career development opportunities for motivated individuals interested in growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience, and understanding our customer service standards.
2. Drive and surpass sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
3. Maintain high visual merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in various departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety protocols.
5. Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance sales opportunities.
7. Keep stock levels on the shop floor replenished and shelves organized and appealing.
8. Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs:

1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
2. Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.

• Positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
