Job summary

Tesco is looking for colleagues to join our stores, helping shoppers with great service and pride. The role offers a starting rate of £13.28 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and flexible options down to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.

• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, efficiently and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make customer-focused decisions and deliver store routines as needed.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and protect profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and reach customers in good condition.
• Be yourself, live Tesco values, and follow policies.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries to the store.
