Job summary

Tesco is looking for colleagues to join our stores, where you will be part of a supportive team, delivering friendly service and helping customers every day. Roles offer flexibility and opportunities to grow within a welcoming environment.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in some stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am. Minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
