Job summary

Tesco Colleague role in England requires a customer-focused approach with flexibility in hours. The position offers a starting rate of £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 for certain stores, with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, and options to work as few as 12 hours.

Availability windows are provided and scheduling is communicated with three weeks’ notice. Applicants should be prepared to work across store areas, deliver excellent service, and be a welcoming brand ambassador for Tesco.
