Job summary

Tesco is seeking colleagues to join our stores, where you’ll provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers. Roles offer variety, teamwork, and daily challenges, with a focus on inclusive teamwork and growth opportunities.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours available and shifts scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice.

• To be over 18 for this role.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
