Job summary

Tesco in the United Kingdom is hiring store colleagues to join our busy retail teams. You’ll help customers, handle checkout tasks, shelf replenishment, and online order picking while staying flexible with shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance
