Job summary

The role offers flexible hours with a minimum of 12 hours and a guaranteed 16 hours for new colleagues, plus opportunities for more depending on store needs. You’ll work with a welcoming team, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a store that puts customers first.

Qualifications

• You will need a passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers so they leave the store with a great shopping experience.
• Take initiative, make decisions in customers' best interests and work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
• Be knowledgeable about store products and services and assist across service, picking and replenishment areas.
• Follow training to work safely, effectively and deliver excellent customer service.
