Store Colleague - Delivery Night Shift, London

Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
  2. Drive sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
  3. Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays adhere to brand guidelines.
  4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
  5. Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
  7. Manage stock levels on the shop floor, ensuring shelves are organized and appealing.
  8. Address customer queries professionally.
  9. Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.
Objectives & KPIs
  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  2. Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure stock is replenished and shelves are well-maintained.
