Role overview:

Responsibilities:

• Book in, pre-retail & file away all store deliveries, ensuring discrepancies are recorded and reported.

• Follow all security procedures to minimise stock loss.

• Regularly restock the shop floor, ensuring products are correctly displayed and accessible.

• Contribute to profitability by receiving, handling, and managing inventory in a timely and organised manner.

• Conduct regular stock counts, update inventory records, and address discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised stockroom for efficient access and storage.

• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, reporting hazardous issues promptly.

• Ensure products are accessible, available, and properly distributed.

• Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.

• Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.

Role objectives and KPI’s:

• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock to maintain product availability.

• Ensure all stock is received, processed, and organised accurately and promptly.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and an organised stockroom environment.

• Deputise for colleagues or carry out other duties as required.
