Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience, and understanding the customer service measurement program.
  2. Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
  3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
  4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
  5. Accurately process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
  7. Keep stock levels on the shop floor well-organized and appealing.
  8. Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs:

  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  2. Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  3. Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished.
