Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. JD Group offers significant career development opportunities for motivated individuals interested in advancing their careers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a positive experience, and understanding our customer service standards.
• Drive and surpass sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays align with brand guidelines.
• Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety protocols.
• Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
• Keep stock levels adequate and shelves organized and appealing.
• Address customer queries professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
• Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure the shop floor is fully replenished with stock.
