• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished - making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines. A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
