Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal for motivated individuals interested in growth and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience, and understanding our customer service standards.
- Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays align with brand guidelines.
- Support store operations by assisting in various departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety protocols.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Keep stock levels optimal and shelves organized and appealing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
- Contribute to achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Meet KPIs including Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT, and others.
- Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished and organized.
