Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers opportunities for career development within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
2. Drive sales by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
3. Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
4. Support store operations, assist in other departments as needed, and adhere to safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Manage stock levels on the shop floor, ensuring shelves are appealing and fully replenished.
8. Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives & KPIs

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
• Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in engaging with customers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
