Job summary

Pets at Home in Gravesend is seeking a Store Colleague to be at the heart of our pet care centres, delivering brilliant customer service and creating exceptional experiences for every visitor.

This permanent role with contractual hours requires availability across two weekdays and a Saturday, with shifts between 7:00AM and 8:30PM. You will help uphold high pet care standards and support daily store operations to drive excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us. Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position. we’re looking for individuals who can commit beyond short-term availability.

Availability is required for a minimum of two weekdays and a Saturday. Shifts will be scheduled between 7:00AM - 8:30PM.

The Role:

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
