Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers opportunities for career development for motivated individuals interested in growth within our company.

Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays align with brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations, assist in other departments as needed, and adhere to safety guidelines.
5. Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities.
7. Ensure stock levels are maintained and shelves are organized and appealing.
8. Address customer queries professionally and efficiently.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT.
• Reach upselling and cross-selling goals.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure the shop floor is fully replenished and stock is well-organized.

• Positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Enthusiasm for personal and professional development and learning new skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with customers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
