Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
• Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, stocked, and displays are well-organized.
• Support store operations, assist in other departments, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep stock levels optimal and shelves appealing.
• Address customer queries professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure stock is replenished on the shop floor.
