Job summary

JDR Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for reliable Store Cleaners to work at a large retail store in Poole. This is a lone-working role, so applicants must be comfortable working independently and managing their workload without direct supervision.

Hours are 6:00am to 12:00pm with shift patterns including Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday to Thursday. Duties include sweeping, mopping, toilets cleaning, waste disposal and maintaining high cleanliness standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently.
• Comfortable working alone.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Clean toilets, staff areas and welfare facilities.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean entrances, walkways and high-traffic areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely.
