Job Title: Store Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Channel Development: Design forward-thinking strategies for store network optimization, including market entry analysis, site selection, and long-term brand positioning.
  3. Performance Optimization: Diagnose store expansion quality, refine channel structures, and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize profitability.
  4. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and local consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with retail, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in retail expansion, channel management, or commercial real estate, with 2+ years focused on the UK fast-fashion market.
  • Proven track record in successful store launches and market penetration (case studies required).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with landlords, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
