Job summary

Aldi in Shanklin is seeking a store associate to help run the shop floor. You will provide friendly service to customers, stock shelves, check product quality and operate tills to keep the store moving smoothly.

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm across a flexible 10–30 hours per week. You’ll receive comprehensive training, 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays, wellbeing discounts and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
