Job summary

Tesco UK is recruiting for Tesco Colleagues to help serve customers on the shop floor. The role offers a starting rate of £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options to work as few as 12 hours if desired.

Shifts are scheduled within the availability windows and we aim to provide 3 weeks notice of rota. The role emphasises great service, teamwork and flexibility to fit lifestyle needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a positive, friendly attitude and provide great customer service.
• Assist shoppers with product knowledge and help them find items quickly.
• Handle deliveries and stock replenishment as needed and in a safe manner.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness and safety practices throughout the shift.
• Support colleagues to meet store targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.
