Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing retail role.
• Experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory capacity is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to handle shop-floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find what they need and provide excellent service.
• Assist with deliveries, warehouse tasks and shelf replenishment.
• Open/close the store and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience during busy times.
