Toolstation in the Swansea area is looking for a store team member who can manage early starts, deliveries, stock, and customer service. You will play a hands-on role in keeping the store tidy, handling orders, and assisting customers with their projects while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility and accountability, with opportunities to progress within Toolstation and the wider Travis Perkins Group, including access to training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder or supervising team members.
• Retail experience with customer focus.
• Ability to open/close store and supervise short-term cover.

Responsibilities

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and maintain a high store standard.
• Engage customers and understand their projects to help them find the right products.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
