Barnardo's in Newark on Trent is seeking a Store Associate to help run a busy store and deliver excellent customer service. You will support the manager, supervise in their absence, and work with colleagues to maximise sales and profit while maintaining high standards of presentation.

You will receive full training and development, with promotion prospects and pension/benefits as part of the role in a leading UK charity retailer. A positive, proactive attitude and good organisation are essential.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
