Barnardo's in Saffron Walden is seeking a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, support the store team, and help maximise sales in a fast-paced charity shop environment.

You will assist the store manager, supervise in their absence, and learn how to lead a team with a focus on presentation, cash handling, and achieving targets while upholding Barnardo's values.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
