A multi-channel retailer in Southern England is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team, ensuring excellent customer service while driving financial performance. The ideal candidate should have retail management experience, a strong focus on customer loyalty, and the ability to coach team members for success. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for a strong team, coaching and inspiring them to deliver excellent customer service to ensure customers return time and again, driving forward both turnover and revenues. You will assist the Manager to achieve financial KPIs, including wages, wastage, and shrinkage, together with non-financials such as customer service/feedback, internal audit, and standards and compliance.
